Hai! long time tak story morey sharry merry.  Awal bulan Ogos 2022, Kekja dan kawan-kawan pergi bercuti di Pulau Perhentian Kecil. Sebelum kami sampai ke destinasi, kami sempat singgah makan di sebuah Restoran Queenny di Semenyih, Selangor. Restoran ini sesuai menjadi tumpuan bagi yang bekerja dan juga pelancong sebagai tempat membeli sarapan pagi dan makan tengahari. Awal tak kalut lol.

Pelbagai Pilihan Makanan, Lauk dan Kuih-Muih, Harga berpatutan dan Bersih!

Comel je kat situ restoran dia. Kekja jenis wajib sarapan! begitu banyak jenis makanan untuk sarapan seperti nasi lemak, bihun goreng, mi goreng, kueytiaw dan juga pelbagai jenis kuih-muih. Lauk tengahari pun bermacam-macam. Banyak sangat pilihan, kalau Kekja pergi kerja dan jumpa plak kedai banyak pilihan kuih memang tersenyumlah pagitu. Korang pulak macam mana? 




Sempat juga kami bungkus lauk untuk makan apabila tiba di destinasi nanti. Alang-alang kan, malas nak berhenti banyak tempat. 


Banyak kan lauk dia? Untuk yang tinggal di Semenyih atau balik kampung di Semenyih boleh lah singgah di Restoran Queenny nanti tau. Jangan cakap Kekja tak share! Korang juga boleh google location Restoran Queenny. In shaa allah tak sesat.

kembali dalam slot Dapur Kekja! Alhamdulillah bersyukurnya dapat luangkan masa di rumah. Banyak sangat perkara dan rutin kehidupan yang Kekja nak improve terutamanya bila dirumah. Salah satu menu baru di rumah yang disukai ramai. Sambal Manis! maklumlah kita dah takleh makan pepedas u.

Bahan-bahan : 

Ikan kerisi - 5 ekor (dibasuh dan digoreng kunyit + garam)

1. Bawang besar - 2 *
2. Bawang putih - 5 ulas *
3. Halia - besar ibu jari *
4. Serai - 6 batang *
5. Cili padi - segenggam *
6. Lada merah - 6 batang
7. Kiub maggi - 1/2
8. Garam & Aji
9. Gula perang/ gula pasir - jika diperlukan (depend pada kepedasan cili)


Cara masak : 

1. Blander yang bertanda * (air sedikit sebab tak tapis), masukkan lada merah dan blander sekejap je supaya nampak macam ditumbuk bukan blander halus. arasso?
2. Panaskan minyak yang sedikit banyak (sebab masak sambal kena pecah minyak)
3. Masukkan yang sudah diblander tanpa ditapis, kemudian masukkan kiub maggi, garam, aji.
4. Masukkan satu sudu gula. 
5. Kacau dan tunggu sehingga sambal masak.
6. Sambal dah masak, boleh masukkan ikan goreng tadi sehingga sebati.
7. Biarkan masak Ikan Masak Sambal Manis itu selama 10 minit.
8. Dah siap!

Sedia untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi putih panas. mekasih!
